Mozilla Firefox Favourite Manga Berserk all day erry day	I don't see a point in trying to equate his strength to DBZ standards, their strength is based on their energy attacks and s*** Saitama is all muscle. He has far more physical strength than anyone in DB has displayed so far(unless you want to consider that nonsense shockwave raw strength, which is a hilarious jump in strength that makes no sense) Saitama might not be able to blow up a galaxy(or he might nobody knows) but he'd beat them all in an arm wrestle so his BP is incalculable by DBZ standards.

When people compare anything with DBZ, nothing but destructive capability matters to them. Saitama dwarfs most of DBZ when it comes to physical strength, but because we don't see him blowing up moons and planets, he's automatically weak in people's eyes. Call me when any DBZ character does something like this; (With just air pressure) and this;

Exactly. Nagito put it down well. You people really have to learn that there's a lot more to a fight then how much you can destroy. In DBZ, people are so strong because they have ki and said Ki can greatly increase their destructive capabilities. Their physical capabilities however is quite limited, something Toriyama actually notes and why Ki is needed. There are characters, not just Saitama, who have shown physical feats that basically make DBZ characters look like wimps. Whether it's Saita's insane endurance of getting smashed straight into the moon or Might Guy's literally bending space with speed alone. None of these characters may show the ability to say blow up the earth (although questionable point with Saitama) but its clear they have a lot of capabilities that would put anyone on DBZ at the edge.

Still not on Saitama's level, but it's pretty impressive considering that's just him in base on Kai's planet with 10x Earth's gravity. Also, shouldn't Goku's punches that damaged Freeza more than the planet exploding count as striking feats?, which is most certainly what we're using here since it doesn't seem like Saitama has anything but speed on his side, and maybe some great punching. It's nonsense but for whatever reason DBZ characters take more damage from punches and kicks than they do energy blasts half the time. Ki defends greatly against Ki but not against physical combat. There's blatantly not enough force going on to destroy a planet in those hits anyway and it was never established they could somehow control the damage the shockwaves would do. I mean that's completely a new thing in DB, if you can make sense of wtf Goku did with the silly shockwave thing in DBS that's the only time we've had it established they can control the physical to such a degree and it's a new God thing(obviously created so the series can actually continue after that BS)

Lets say the punches and kicks of Gokuu are on a planet busting scale, which they could be. the reason those strikes are hurting Furiza is because its focused into a fist sized point, while Namek blowing up was that same amount of force spread out everywhere. Furiza only took a tiny fraction of the damage.

If you consider how an explosion works and how big Namek was...he wouldn't have even got hit by 1% of that energy. If he was in the core it'd be a different story but were he not a nonsensical alien he'd have died from not even 1% of a planet explosion(albeit after being half dead from a fight anyway, well who knows those could be minor injuries to his species...) People also seem to act like anyone in DB more powerful than Frieza would survive that...dude could survive being chopped up in to tiny little pieces, everyone else except Buu and Cell would be utterly utterly dead from the lack of an atmosphere. DB characters can dish out way more than they can take it seems or perhaps they're just weak to anything not born of Ki? Not just physical hits explosions too.
